- Shop for local produce at the Farmer’s Markets in Kitsap County and at the Ferry Food Farm Stand, Wednesdays, 4:30-6:30pm, BI Ferry Terminal.
- Become familiar with local farms, farm stands and food producers. Join a CSA.
Visit the Sound Food Map for more information. - Purchase locally-sourced foods from retailers such as Real Foods (Harbor Square) and Town & Country Market, Winslow Way, Bainbridge Island.
- Support the Community Shellfish Farm, a project of Puget Sound Restoration.
- Attend meetings of the Kitsap Community and Agricultural Alliance, a volunteer
organization dedicated to helping grow, sell, buy and eat local food in Kitsap.
